What about message fees?
WhatsApp message fees are set by Meta per message category and recipient market, and are billed directly to the payment method on your own WhatsApp Business Account — they never pass through us. Messages inside an open service window are currently free (until October 2026 per Meta's announcement), and templates outside it are charged at Meta's rate for your market.
