What about message fees?
WhatsApp message fees are set by Meta per message category and recipient market, and are billed directly to the payment method on your own WhatsApp Business Account. You pay Meta at cost, with zero markup from us, and the fees never pass through us. Template messages are charged at Meta's rate for the recipient's market.
Since October 1, 2026, Meta also charges for service messages (your replies inside an open customer-service window). Each business phone number gets 1,000 free service messages a month; after that, Meta's rate for the recipient's market applies.
Meta's rates change, so we don't print them here. The platform shows Meta's current rate before every campaign, with its last-updated date.
